About Me

Danke Pa is situated in the heart of the Garden route, 10 km from George airport and Fancourt, and 2km from Oubaai golf course. Knysna, Wilderness and all the other wonderful Garden Route beaches are also within close proximity. The house is around the corner from a local cafe with basic necessities. Danke Pa is a private house that sleeps 8 people with the perfect combination of comfort and space. Arguably the best view of the sea with a 180 degree view of the entire beach, which is only 200m away, making it possible to watch the kids play, from the comfort of the house.

The living room and dining room are open plan with DStv facilities (but bring along your own machine and card), with sliding doors opening onto the spacious deck; perfect for a lekker braai. There is also indoor braai facilities perfect for winter nights and rainy or windy weather.

There are three bathrooms, one on suit, two with a bath and shower and the third with a bath only. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities needed away from home, including a dishwasher, washing machine and big fridge.

The view is breathtaking and sunsets on the deck make for unforgettable family moments.

As Heroldsbay has a family friendly environment , there are a few basic Rules that need to be followed:

We have a non smoking , no pets policy

Caution with loud music as there are many locals in surrounding homes.

Note: the property is not ideal for someone who has difficulty climbing stairs.
